为进一步加强ZWA廉洁自律建设，端正工作作风，同时也是为所有供应商打造一个公平公正的合作机会，ZWA外联人员（管理干部）将从思想及源头上杜绝不廉洁行为的发生， 声明如下:

Here to certify that:
In order to strengthen the self-discipline in an-bribing and set up a fair and even cooperative environment for the suppliers and customers. ZWA's managing staff will forbid any bribe behaviour and declare as follows:

1、ZWA严厉禁止索贿受贿和收取回扣的行为，严禁收取任何不正当的酬金、礼物或其他利益；

Any bribe will be strictly forbidden, includes but not limit to: commission, bonus, gift, cash etc.

2、任何员工未经公司批准不准采购本人亲属及朋友的物品；

Any purchaser is forbidden to purchase the goods from their relatives or friends without the approval of the company.

3、不准让供应商请客吃饭，必须参加的，经批准，由公司买单；

No dinner treat is allowed from the suppliers or customers. If necessary, after approval, ZWA will host and treat.

4、严禁管理干部收取下级员工所送的财物礼品。

No gifts or cash is allowed to be accepted from subordinates.

以上四条，若违反其中任意一条，均做开除处理，情节严重者将交与司法部门处理。

Any staff disobeys or violates the above articles will be dismissed. Those who have severe violation will be sued.
